Bustling place with buses, cars, people and bikes going all direction, the traffic congestion may not be as bad as new york's however the traffic itself took enough time for me to absorb whatever was around me and i have to admit, this place despite the unbearable heat, isn't all that bad. The beautiful skyscrapers and buildings looked so futuristic and edgy that it literally looks so out of place with its surrounding old school buildings which honestly, looked really peculiar. Anyway, as the surrounding cars and buses slowly came to a halt, the man in the traffic light turned green and everyone began walking and i simply followed. Looking at the sky, the grey clouds were cloaking the entire sky and as soon as we got across the street and into a shelter, it was as if someone up there threw a giant bucket of water and it started raining. People were scattering all over the place and trying to get into the nearby shelters while i turned and continued to proceed to my destination. So i ended up at my destination, Tanglin Mall, Orchard, i walked in and well, it looked like an ordinary mall but through out the whole time in the mall, i thought most of the stores looked pretty cool but what i like about two particular stores were that they import their clothes from Europe giving the best comfort to their clients. The stores are Ziegler shoes and Boutique Nicole which is owned by Mrs Birgit.




The store that i entered was Boutique Nicole, speaking of customer care, the interior design of the store is simply beautiful and the energy of the store makes you want to smile and just feel loved and welcome. BN ( Boutique Nicole ) is a store for infants to toddlers that sells not only clothes, but shoes, schools shoes, as well as accessories for both girl and boys. In the store what i thought was pretty cool was that there was a television on the wall as well as a jar of candies at the counter. What amazed me is that usually when kids go shopping with their parents, they all get bored and stressed out for the fact that they had nothing to do while their parents did their shopping, so they placed two chairs further back and the television in front which played cartoon shows to entertain children while their parents did their shopping. The jar of candies was actually there to be given to the children who were feeling a little upset. So doesn't this just show how the boss actually thought of how the clients were actually feeling when they are shopping? Not many store owners actually place themselves in the position of their clients and make their store even better. Even though there were people outside staring at me wondering what is a young person like me was doing in a toddler/infant's store, i didn't care. The place was too nice to be missed out. I took some of their shoes and looked at them and seeing those happy clients leaving, the shoes were definitely comfortable because i believe that giving comfortable shoes and clothes to their customers are their main priority.








A ladies' boutique decorated with the most unique sense of style with beautiful lightning and a very interestingly beautiful shoe shaped chair, Ziegler shoes is a store that sells lady clothes, shoes and accessories that is both chic and comfortable for their clients to wear. Like her sister shop, ZS ( ziegler shoes ) provides the most comfortable products for their clients that were imported from Europe. When i was at the counter, i overheard a conversation between one of the clients and the person working there, apparently ziegler shoes helps their client find the kind of shoes they are looking for with their several number of suppliers. Even before selling an item on sales, i noticed that when the customer wanted to buy a certain item and brought it to the cashier ready to buy them, the person working there would actually politely tell her customer that sales item would not be able to be refunded and asked her customer if she wanted to check the product before purchasing. Even for me personally, i have bought sales item and the person i bought it from wouldn't tell me to check it or anything and only to go home with a semi damaged item.

So, all in all, both BN and ZS sell comfortable products that has the best quality to provide the best for their clients and i guess it really made my day to see that there are fashion stores that are actually attending to the needs of their clients.
